Roll Over Rolf is a prominent figure at BeastsTown city hall. You couldn’t ask for a better public servant: industrious, exacting and always willing to help. However, his long lunch breaks are the stuff of legends: They generally last from breakfast to afternoon tea – and woe betide anyone who disturbs him while he’s on his break. Incidentally, he got his name from his old office chair from the 20s that he loves to use to scoot through his department sticking his nose into everyone else’s business.
